TIER 01

24/7 Emergency Response

Round-the-clock phone and on-site response for 3-shift production lines. Applies to OPTIPLEX 4020 and FG 400 Neo running over 16 hours/day.

Next-Business-Day Field Service

Phone triage within 2 hours, field technician dispatch the next business day. Standard for 1–2 shift mid-size shops running OPTIPLEX Nexus or FG 220 III.

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance

Quarterly PM visits with chiller servicing, optics inspection, beam-quality verification and SMOOTH CNC firmware update. Parts-and-labour contract, billed annually.

Genuine Nozzles, Lenses, Filters, Bellows.

Consumables are stocked at three US regional depots. Standard lead time to a Tier 1 or Tier 2 customer is 24–48 hours. BOMs with part numbers are published to customers under the service contract.

SMOOTH CNC release notes, recommended cutting condition tables and machine maintenance BOMs are made available under NDA before the purchase order, so procurement teams can validate parts availability and firmware roadmap before capital commitment.
