When you submit an RFQ or contact form we collect: name, company, work email, phone number, country, machine interest, typical cut thickness, monthly volume and any process notes you provide. We also log standard server data (IP address, user agent, page referrer) for operational security.
Submitted information is used solely to prepare a commercial offer, dispatch field-service requests, supply technical datasheets, or answer the specific enquiry. It is not sold or licensed to any third party.
RFQ data is shared internally with regional sales engineers, application specialists and field-service dispatchers assigned to your geography. Service-contract customers’ machine data (fault logs, consumable usage) is shared with parts-logistics planners.
RFQ records are retained for 36 months after the last contact. Service-contract records are retained for the contract life plus 10 years, in line with published parts-BOM availability commitments.
